Iphone restricted despite the rules allowing it's use

Issue abstract: iphone restricted despite the rules allowing it’s use.

Detailed description:
My son need to make use of its phone in class and he complains helps iphone is restricted. I even turned off all supervision and still no luck. Restarting the phone does not help. This is very frustrating.
There is no option to update house rules, and the rules have not changed in a long time so the phone should have them updated.

No error message, the phone is just restricted.

Could you please clarify that by device restricted, it means that the apps are not being visible (or) websites are not loading in the browser? Any screenshots for the same would be helpful.

Upon checking the logs, we could see that the child app is being inactive in the recent times.

Kindly sync the House Rules in the child app by referring to this View or refresh house rules for iOS help document.

Also, please re-install the MDM profile in the Child app for curfew commands to sync. You can refer to Install or check if a profile is installed help document for the same.
