Is https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.net risky?

I have a W7Pro machine with Norton Security Suite from Comcast installed and updated fully. My default browser is Google Chrome. I typically leave my machine on and connected to the net 24/7, behind a router that is secure.

Often in the morning I find an open browser window with no content showing and this (or a minor variant of it) in the address field:
https :// fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/hellocdn.html?v=1

Is this risky? Is it a virus or malware of some kind? Is it a legitimate Facebook tool or a spoof?
