As far as I am aware of the 24.xx versions are via live updates only. As the current version before and since.

If you go into your online account, you can download a setup file as with a normal app, before this it would be with a set of installation files. Either download or install on another computer options will do the trick. If manually moving up to V24 from V22, I assume you would need to fully uninstall V22 first.

@mgirons Thank you. I’ll give it a try. I want to do a clean install of V24 due to a new problem manually updating virus def file using Intelligent Updater. Don’t know if it’s just me or with the Broadcom server today. Everything had been working but not any more. Hope it’s just temporary. I’m posting the issue as a new thread in case others are having the same problem.
