I cancelled and requested a refund on 12th Sept 2025 due to automatic renewal that I didn’t want. My actual subscription didn’t run out for about a further week. No problem you will have it in less that 2 weeks. Nothing came. Called again and eventually got an email saying The following payment has been remitted. And gives details of my bank etc and what it was for that I paid in the first place so hopefully it’s on its way now, over 4 weeks later!

Hello @DavyK
fwiw ~ as I recall…a user recently posted that “it” may take up to 6 weeks.
Are you United States?
Please review that you also removed your payment profile?
Users that do not want automatic renewal are urged (by users) to Unsubscribe and Delete their payment profile…~65++ days ahead…far enough ahead to avoid being billed.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless the renewal is canceled before billing. Renewal payments are billed annually (up to 35 days before renewal) or monthly depending on your billing cycle.

This helps you to adjust your protection plan according to your needs.

No, I am in the Uk. They could refund in less than 24 hours so why the 6 week wait? No excuse at all for that!
