Is Norton IPS 2.0 fully compatible with Firefox 3.6.3?

I have 2 machines:

 

  1. A brand new machine. I installed NIS 2010, run all the update till 17.6.0.32. Then I install Firefox 3.6.3. Problem: Norton Toolbar is compatible, but Norton IPS 2.0 is reported to be "not compatible" with Firefox 3.6.3.
  2. A working machine. I have NIS 2010 (17.6.0.32) installed for quite a long time already. I have FIrefox 3.6.0. Then update to 3.6.2. Then update to 3.6.3. All these while, Norton IPS 2.0 works fine with Firefox 3.6.3.

My brand new machine's Norton IPS 2.0 is not compatible with Firefox 3.6.3.

 

I've already tried the following:

  1. Exit Firefox, delete all the extensions.* files on my profile, reboot the machine, wait till NIS 2010 is fully loaded, then run Firefox. IPS is still not compatible.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall Firefox.
  3. Reformat the entire hard-disk and re-install NIS and Firefox.
  4. Run LiveUpdate millions of times till I've got the latest version.

Does anyone have the same problem? Or workaround?
