Is Norton Secure VPN compatible with Qualcomm Atheros AR938x Wireless Network Adapter?

1.    Is Norton Secure VPN compatible with Qualcomm Atheros AR938x Wireless Network Adapter?
    a.    My Norton Secure VPN continuously FAILS to connect to WiFi.
    b.    I have no connection to Network Card - Intel® I211.
    c.    Was initially OK when I first downloaded Norton 360 but now fails to activate, will NOT connect to WiFi.
    d.    Norton Secure VPN: Version: 4.2.0.13. Serial Number: [Removed]. Device ID: [Removed]

3.    My PC Analysis:
    a.    Internet connection: My WiFi works fine except for Norton VPN.
    b.    Exception in firewall: Windows Security is OFF; cannot locate FIREWALL in Norton 360!
    c.    Update and restart Norton Secure VPN: Done so numerous times.
    d.    Change your DNS settings: Not sure how to do this change!
    e.    Connect to another virtual location: Did not help!
    f.    Reinstall the WAN Miniport drivers: Not sure how to do this change!
    g.    Refresh network settings: Done so numerous times.

Hello again. Your ethernet device drivers are located here at this link. Your WiFi adapter drivers ( if you are Windows 10 ) are available here. I would update both and reboot your computer, then recheck for the condition you are seeing still being present. 

The Norton 360 firewall settings are found as shown below: Open the main Norton user interface, find and click SETTINGS. In the next dialog look to the left side and find Firewall, open it. On the general tab as shown, see Firewall Reset, click the word Reset in blue.

Add your WiFi connection into your Norton network trust and reboot:
