I heard this from someone. Is it true that if you have Norton Utilities 15.0 you cannot use it on Windows version 8?
I prefer NU15 to NU16. I truly wished that when Norton created its updated version it would have kept the same features.
Now, if I am forced to ever go from Windows 7 to 8 I won't be able to use my Norton Utilities 15.0 if what I heard is true.
I have used NU16 and find it excessively time consuming to run. It wants to optimize as well as do the regular scans.
You cannot get the gauge to show completely green unless you run everything everyday. With NU15 you don't have
to optimize disks or boot but around once a week, when it notifies you. Why didn't Norton keep the same simple to
use system in its updated NU16?
Please confirm whether this is true or not.
