Is possible to hide the Ultimate offer in My Norton view?

Hi, my subscription includes Ultimate Premium, but every time I open Norton 360 in the "My Norton" Launch View, I keep getting an offer to pay for Utilities Ultimate. Is there a way to disable it because it's blocking my access to Parental Controls? Thanks!

The green banner being seen on your end IS INDEED Crypto. There isn't ANY way to remove it and the only manner to stop it is to set the miner to OFF. There should be an option to remove the feature if its not wanted. Not just push it to every customer that is capable of mining without that being present.

Thanks SoulAsylum. I wish it were so simple. Clicking the ‘Show me how’ re. crypto leads me to a an ‘agree and get started’. There’s no ability to say no thanks or otherwise cancel the offer. Consequently, it remains as per my original screenshot.

I have resolution 1300 x768 @ 100% scaling on AMD R5 graphics. Scroll bar has always been present with each new feature add-on. FWIW!! The turn your pc idle time to cash banner is most likely the issue. Clicking it MAY simply remove it from occupying that space and allow the scroll bar to appear on its own. That offer should be regarding. Your laptop is/may be crypto capable. My machines do not meet the 6gb GPU requirements therefore I haven't see it appear to cause the scroll bar to not appear. Just a thought on my end.

I'm using a HP OMEN 17", i7, GeForce RTX laptop if that makes any difference.

Wow....sweet lappy.
I imagine you need the vertical scroll bar and I have the vertical scroll bar ...so, head scratch.
Sorry..........

On the question of the vertical scrollbar, I've never had one. Hadn't actually needed one until now!

Hmm.....never had vertical scroll bar?  head scratch?
Yeah, you sure need one now!
Not for nut'in - were my machine.  I'd refresh my Norton install....just to confirm (read eliminate) no vertical scroll bar.
Then....I'd head scratch some more - why don't I have the needed vertical scroll bar.  Just me.

Curious, users with "Turn your PC's idle time into cash" banner have vertical scroll bar??

Who has vertical scroll bar?

Thanks for the links, I'll certainly give feedback. On the question of the vertical scrollbar, I've never had one. Hadn't actually needed one until now!  I greatly appreciate your efforts to help me.

Maybe, submit feedback/concerns regarding banner and lost real estate.

Note: Curious, I don't see vertical scroll bar in your opening post?

@Paul AH
Curious, do you recall seeing vertical scroll bar?

head scratch = what happened to your vertical scroll bar?

Note:
my daily rider -
1920x1080 (Recommended) w 150% scaling renders vertical scroll bar.
my dust collector - 1600x900 (Recommended) w 125% scaling renders vertical scroll bar.

Yeah, my entry level machine is sans banner.

Paul AH:

Can confirm that scaling is at 100%.

Thanks

Maybe, "Turn your PC's idle time into cash" banner....is taking up real estate.

Thanks for that useful link, bjm_.   Can confirm that scaling is at 100%.

Paul AH:

Thank you. My screen resolution is 1920x1080 (the maximum). I've tried several smaller resolutions but they didn't help.

Curious, is your display scaling greater than 100%?

Check your screen resolution settings in Windows. That offer appears only if I open the "Additional apps and services" by clicking the drop down arrow on the rights side of it to open that menu.
