Is the email offering me "Norton Extras" genuine?

I received an email offering me "Norton Extras". It said I could get my old PC back to its original condition by calling an 020..... number.

Is this genuine?

NORTON 360 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL EXTRAS??
One thing to check, Is this email from Norton legitimate?   But even if the email is legit, do not click on links, but just sign into your Norton Account to make any changes to your Automatic Renewal if you want to take advantage of this offer. But also remember that Norton renewals are almost always more expensive than purchasing a new key from a reputable retailer.
