Is the free trial to clean up performance truly free?

My Norton Scan gives a performance report with elevated number of things slowing my computer. Norton offers a 60 day free trial, they say but a cost is tagged on at the end of the 60 days which I removed but it continues to allude to the charge. I’ve attached the offer.There’s a lot of “junk” in the report.

Is this truly a 60 day free trial?

@annamagnani That is a sell-up from Norton. I recommend NOT using Norton Utilities, Driver Updater, nor Software Updater. They can render your device not usable. My reference is another thread where a customer has a device that is no longer booting:

I reported a fault with a Norton product that damaged my machine on January 7th. 10 weeks later and numerous calls I have been told Norton has attempted to call me 4 times from 3rd level support. However they have not and I ring after a week or so and ask again. Does anyone understand this behaviour and how do I address it?

I do not use Norton driver updater or software updater but i would think they know how to clean up what they found? no?
