Is there a solution for device lock because SIM has been changed?

Good day everybody!  I purchased a Cloudfone Thrill 430x during on my recent vacation in the Philippines. The unit can have two SIM and was able to use it.

 

When I arrived here in Saudi and replace it with my Saudi mobile SIM, the device is locked and asking for a password. In the unlock help it mentions that my trusted buddies can unlock my device by sending a text message.  I did not make any registration to Norton when I first use my mobile.  I wish you can help or for the next eleven months this mobile will be useless.
