Is there any way to complaint their customer services

Hi All, I have been using Norton for more than 20years, i have corresponsing with the CS over the years, all is 100% satisfied, escept today.
I would like to complaint a about a CS who are not professional, low quality, in patient, not lisening and using inappropriate word during chat conversation.
Is there any way i can submit the request to management so they can arrange retraining to that specifiy CS.

Just got off the phone with Norton Technical support. It was not a good call since that the majority of the call was spend repeating words, trying to spell out words, no command of English and background noise that completed interrupted the call on several occasions. For a topic and resolution that should have taken 30 minutes to resolve, because of the interruptions and the misunderstandings, it took over an hour to resolve. At the end of the time, I am still not sure that the results will be what I requested. A very poor call center experience and it demonstrated the lack of professionalism and respect that Norton has for its customers. I will be searching for another company that provided the service and respect and the feeling of trust that I had experienced from Norton. Maybe Norton should consider the vacuum cleaner business because they really suck at communication.

There is certainly a lot of angst against this Company NORTON. I would like to share my experience with these people.
From well before this date of 23/08/2024, I have attempted to receive a refund from this Company. Unfortunately, my previous attempts at a resolution have been deleted.
So about a month before that date, I purchased from their website one of their virus protection software programs. After or so week passed, I contacted them through their website and advised them of the non receipt of the product. I was advised that the product had been delivered a few days prior. After the to and froing about them sending it and me repeating I did not receive it they asked permission to look through my pc to see if it was loaded. I gave permission and could see activity on my pc. The result was they did not find it on my computer and asked again for my name and address. I was then advised that the order had been sent to Someone in the US.
I was also advised to contact their sales team to have the software sent to me.
I declined the offer and asked them for a refund for obvious reasons. That offer was not accepted, and they refused to refund my payment.
After many attempts to resolve this through their Customer Support I gave up when I was offered just a 6 month protection due to the original sales date of the product.
They advised me I would receive a refund by wire. I have been waiting almost 2 months but have received no refund.
