Is there something i can do about refund?

Hello, i feel totally ignored and helpless and norton constantly lie to me. I have made request for a refund of annual norton deluxe something a out 4/5 months ago and still didnt receive it… of course during this time i was constantly ensured by assistants that i have to wait few days and i will receive money. Months after months and nothing happens. What can i do?
