Is this a Norton Problem?

I have a problem with the wireless connection to my printer, and I'm not even sure that it is a "Norton problem." Everything was working fine with my wireless network; then, my HP Officejet 4500 printer suddenly refused to work wirelessly. I checked the printer wireless settings, which showed the printer as connected to the network. I uninstalled the printer; then reinstalled it, but it still would not connect, and I kept getting a diagnostic message that the computer was unable to connect with the printer, and I should check my firewall for a blocked UDP Port 427. I'm running Norton 360, and I checked on my Norton network security map and everything looks fine. I’m not very computer-savvy, so now I don’t know what else to do.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does temporary disabling N360's firewall make it work again?
