Is this an infection attempt?

I noticed this on my internet connection log and it happened when nobody was on the computer browsing the internet ( nobody was at home), but the computer was internet connected

 

Connection: ncw-00.webcaller-id.com: http(80).
from MY-PC: 51865.
5579 bytes sent.
135 bytes received.
6.786 elapsed time.

 

 

Is this one of those downloaded dailer infections?

also noted to have the IP address 143.127.102.27

I don't really notice this all the time. Could it have to do with that whole Notifying that you can update your product issue?

Or could it just be for only certain data to be sent? Like not tracking cookies detected etc.
