Is This Another NIS 09 - False Positive ?

I was just in the middle of using the Vista - Snipping Tool

To take a picture of a - Sound Device

I've been having problems with since the last big batch of Windows Updates

 

Then... Up Popped - NIS 09

I Have No Idea Why There 2 Of Each picture :smileysad:

 

Is This A NIS 09 - False Positive?
