Is this product still messed up? Can't register my device?

Ok, we've been sidelined on the online family product since the November debaucle.  I'm finally back to trying to make it work again.  Sucker that I am, I reupped my premier membership too soon.  It seemed to be working.

 

Here's the situation.  My premier account is current.  I have Norton Internet Security 18.7.....  

 

Online family is installed and thinks its configured just fine, but no device shows up in the online family portal.  If I try to "edit accounts" on the menu for online family, I can login and see that my kids accounts are mapped to their accounts in online family.  I click finish and am prompted again for credentials from online family.  think, think, think... prompted again for online family redentials, think, think, think, <insert loop here>

 

It never completes. 

 

I can't be the only one as I had this problem January, last time I tried this. 

 

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, ad infinitum.

 

Tell me I didn't throw good money after bad.  This was a great product until November.  I can't believe you actually have nerve to charge folks right now for it.

 

Anyhow, please help!
