Received an email from Mr. Norton saying my version of WIN is no longer supported as of 22 May, email received 21 Jun and i auto renewed 10 Apr.
"You can continue using Norton on your current device, but you’ll only receive definition updates—no software updates or security fixes. Also, if you uninstall the product, you can’t reinstall it."
I am running SP1, yes i checked, and latest info i can find on the web site, as of March 24, says SP1 is still supported. Although the link to compatible Windows from Norton 360 under My account goes to "Page Not Found."
Am i fully covered or do i need to cancel and go elsewhere?
Auto renewal deactivated until this gets resolved.
