I am having issues loading financial apps (Truist). It does not load, or loads a blank screen or loads the screen but missing buttons descriptions and pages. I am using Windows 11.
I had no issues prior to loading Norton recently for the first time.

VPN off??
HTTPS scanning off?
Care to share the website domain (space name/address to break link)
There is no official Truist desktop application available for Windows 11 (W11). Truist offers official, free mobile financial apps designed for iOS and Android devices, as well as secure web access for Windows 11
Try turning off any VPN or ad blocking browser extensions before accessing that site.
If that does not help, try turning off HTTPS scanning setting inside the Safe Web Settings. From the main 360 interface, click on Settings at the bottom left, then from the Features tab click on Safe Web. Click the down arrow beside Safe Web and then look for and turn off HTTPS scanning, then test the website again.
Not using VPN. Truist .com
Yay !! That worked for Truist. But another will not load at all now, just spinning.
online. memcu. com/memcu
It just loaded, but took a while. Thanks for you feedback. Greatly appreciated.
There appears to be a Safe Web-related issue affecting some users, but the root cause remains unknown. The fact that many systems, including mine, are unaffected suggests a configuration-specific or platform-specific interaction rather than a general failure of Safe Web.
There have been several recent reports from users indicating that some HTTPS websites may fail to load, or load slowly, when Norton Safe Web protections are enabled. While Norton has not publicly confirmed a product issue, the number and similarity of reports suggest the problem may be related to Safe Web/HTTPS inspection rather than the individual websites themselves.
I was having a problem with loading websites for a couple of weeks. This process seems to have worked for my PC. I toggled off HTTPS scanning (Security/Advanced Security/Web/Safe Web Settings/Safe Web dropdown), then I rebooted the computer and finally toggled HTTPS scanning back on after the reboot. Just sending in case this is helpful.
Hello @Community_Testing
~ and then – with HTTPS scanning on – websites loaded okay?
Hi, I am sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, I turned HTTPS scanning back on after the reboot and now websites seem to load ok.
Hello @Community_Testing
Oh! okay, Thanks for sharing your progress.
That is interesting+ that the issue is fixable with toggle/restart/toggle.
Thanks
~ my understanding:
Norton released a backend fix for this Website loading issue.
Please run LiveUpdate and Restart the machine and check if websites are loading as expected.
