I am on Windows 10 and have NSBU version 22.5.5.15 installed. My 'Identity' screen on Norton Security appears like this:
In other PCs it shows a green 'On' instead of a red 'Configure'. When I click on 'Configure', a window opens up ( Secure your Firefox browser with the Norton Toolbar ) showing how to make sure that the toolbar is enabled in Firefox. It is:
What exactly am I missing?
Edited to bring up this image of the Vault Settings page, which besides showing an exclamation mark on the 'General' tab, also seems to imply that the configuration is for IE and not for Firefox, which is contrary to what the other images show:
