Note Issue with VPN as got Norton 360 Premium, support wants to me to pay an additional 20 dollars so they help resolve my issue? Is this normal?:

I’ve never seen or heard Official Norton Support request $20 to help resolve user issues.
I’ve always received free support with my active subscription.

That said Norton Chat support has transferred me to Norton Premium Services a few times…and I’ve always declined.
