Issues about verification code

I got an alert about dark web monitoring. In order to get details of this alert, I need to enter a code of 6 caracters. But when I ask to receive this code on my email address, nothing occurs. I tried at least 10 times during few days, I have verified the spam folder in my mailbox, nothing or almost. I received one mail with a 10 digits code. But Norton asks for 6 digits.  I tried to chat with the Norton support (robot probably), it's a mess. Well, am I the only one blocked on this issue ?

It's very desappointing, I' ve got a serious alert ... that I can't consult

You are right BJM_ its DWM related, as we in Europe don't have Lifelock at all, in the USA you have different features.

I guessed 2FA because of the 6 numbers....

Note: when user initiates request for Norton chat/phone support.  Norton sends 10 digit identity verification code to Norton account email address.  
I've never needed 10 digit identity verification code for Norton Official Support via chat nor social media.

Maybe, try Norton Official Support via phone &or via social media.
