Hello,
Last December I changed from 360 Deluxe Plus to Utilities Ultimate after I lost access to my 360 Deluxe Plus subscription. This change over was done by a Norton support person.
I renewed my Utilities Ultimate subscription in May. My PC and 2 other devices are scanned daily and the subscription shows as active.
The issue I am having is that I am constantly getting emails from Norton saying that my PC is not protected as my 360 Deluxe Plus subscription has expired.
I keep hitting a brick wall trying to contact Norton Support.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,
In response to your questions.
I am in Australia and rang Norton support on 1800-680-026.
When I rang this number I supplied a brief description of my issue as requested and I was either referred to the Norton website or asked to rephrase the question as it couldn’t be understood.
This was the brick wall I kept hitting.
What device security are you running?
What OS?
Did you want Norton Utilities Ultimate plan?
Why did you lose access to your Norton 360 Deluxe plan?
Why did you accept a Norton utilities plan in place of a Norton device security plan?
