Issue abstract:Product/Backup Issues

Detailed description: Number of questions and issues.
1 When I try to run Live update I get message that Subscription is expired. Yet my Subscription is valid until 1st Dec 2024. PLEASE EXPLAIN
2. I have tried to do a restore from local disk backup but when I run the ARestore on the disk is says that there are NO Backup sets found?
Yet the N360_BACKUP folder has subfolder with at least one file with a recent date of modification. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
3. I then tried to do a restore from Cloud Backup BUT before I could do that it said that “Your data is at risk” FIX NOW. It then proceeded to do a backup . Eventually came back and said I did not have enough space.
BUT I cannot delete my Cloud backup as It still shows the same “Your data is at risk” message and I cannot OPEN Device Security because it says “You are at risk”.
IS there any way I can open the existing Cloud backup? I don’t want to do a new backup in case it overwrites any of the files I may want to restore (Outlook.pst)
