After LiveUpdate action and repeating message on Homepage Norton AntVirus (systemstatus:) "your computer is in danger" it states on window: "Solve Now" => at <Item>: "Security updates" gives <Status>: "not repaired".
Coming to the Norton helppage, it gives the solution to update my Norton AntiVirus 2011, but I still have 50 days on my subscription and it is a product failure, so I hope to find a solution for this problem without having to bow for this possible marketing trick (or am I too suspicious?).
How can I get this problem, the announcement of the systemstatus: your computer is in danger, back to the "all is secure" status, without having to update my subscription?
Earlier I got the failure-message that "Norton LiveUpdate cannot install an update (8920,223), when I produce a LiveUpdate in my Norton product". But the latest LiveUpdate I performed, did install and carry through the latest updates.
Who can help me?
