It's impossible to request a refund

I have been trying to request a refund, but the contact page just redirects to the policy and back to itself. I try to use the chat, but when i click ‘Chat Now’ and enter my information and the category, it just redirects me back to the contact page. Same thing happens with phone support.

What can i do?

I am trying to get a refund of £214.96 but keep getting transferred back. I understand there is a 60 day period to get a refund, I find this very difficult to believe. I cancelled the items that added up to the £214.96 on14th September which you had charged me.

Norton Community users urge users that do not want automatic renewal to Unsubscribe and Delete their billing profile…~65++ days ahead…far enough ahead to avoid being billed.
