I've used Norton 360 before and just purchsed the latest version. Now I am unable to load music to my ipod through itunes. Please help.
Have you run LiveUpdate, rebooting as necessary until no updates are available? Then reboot again.
What operating system and service pack are you using? Is it fully updated.
Hi,
I have tried connecting 2 different ipods, both have plenty of charge and both were registering in itunes on my PC. I was trying to import songs to the ipod as I usually do. My settings were set to manually add music & videos. The symbol that meant I couldnt put files into folder kept appearing.
I tried updating both ipods and the computer prompted me to reset one of them so I did so. Now the ipods take forever to load and then appear with the message ' Itunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later.'

Hi Whitley
As you can see the ipods I don’t think its Norton blocking, if you couldn’t see the ipods on the computer then it might be Norton. As you are having the same problem with both ipods the only things I can suggest,
Are both ipods full of data?
Do you know someone who has an ipod data connection cable that you can try?

Other than that, if you can, try contacting apple or popping into a store.
