I am getting sick-n-tired of these Norton windows popping up in the lower right of the screen asking me this or that, upgrade this or that then you close it and it asks "Don't show me this again", click on that and it's gone UNTIL the next day or two, or three and it's asking me the same thing again. Of course, I say no, and don't ask me again... forever loop. I'm getting really tired of it. Makes me wonder about the quality of this expensive software...

Then this morning I got a little window pop up (2 days in a row now) asking me if I want to upgrade to Norton 360 with Liflock protection FOR FREE... Well, I ALREADY HAVE THAT! Does Norton not even know what software I'm subscribed to???

I think today I will do some searching, researching may be an alternative to Norton, maybe a product that the left-hand knows what the right hand is doing.

Frustrated here.

they send these out from time to time i dont get them very often

you do have a option which may help

in settings goto administrative setting and in about the middle turn off special offers

i am not 100% sure on this but i think in your norton.com account ( not forum) there may have a option for promotional emails

again not totally sure on that

And here this morning I got it in my e-mail. I ALREADY HAVE THIS SERVICE!
