I can't find the Utilities icon after download it. I've also tried to download again but just take me to my norton account and said I've got an updated security verion, please tell me how to find the Utilites icon?
Hi,
did you installed Norton Utilities as well? It has a seperate installer, what you should run after the NIS installation.
I had the same problem on the same day (3/28). The NIS downloaded overnight last night. I restarted the computer as required this morning and the second installation did not begin - nor does the Norton Utlities product exist in my list of products. However, I did indeed pick the upgrade option that include both products NIS and Norton Utilities over the other option of Norton 360 - please provide instructions on how to get this second download.

Both of you should had recieved a notification about the buy. This email should contain both program's activation key.
In the email do you have any info, which version of Norton Utilities is with NIS? Version 14.5 or 15?
Thanks.
the confirmation email only shows NIS - I want a refund NOW!!!!!!!
If you check the Download Folder (Vista / 7: C:\Users\Public\Downloads\; XP: C:\Documents And Settings\All Users\Documents\ ), is the NU installer there?
Thanks for help. The Utilites is working good now.
Thanks for the feedback -- do please be careful in using utilities since some of them can do harm to the computer system if you don't fully understand what they are about to do or ask you to OK .... This is particularly true for Registry Cleaners in general (not just Norotn Utilities) and I've seen many PC's become unoperable by people getting rid of "unnecessary clutter" without knowing precisely what something is and why it is there!
Do ask for help before and not after the event!
