JS:lframe-EIJ [Trj] locate in Bootcamp could not be removed or isolated by norton since it is a ROM

I wonder if the 1.6G ROM that thought to be a Trojan horse by norton is not a virus, but a necessary file to instal windows in a macbook through BootCamp? The file was there since when I bought the computer, and never be found by my previous antivirus system, Bitdefender… If not, could someone advise me how to remove it?
