Hi Guys
I was recently advised to leave my computer on idle for an hour on some days for it to complete the tasks that are inside the Norton 360 flip over screen and then you click Norton tasks. All of the tasks which weren’t completed are completed apart from one which is the Identity safe maintenance which says failed to complete and the task is also greyed out is this an important component or is it to do with the identity safe In the Norton web tool bar? It’s last time which was run was 25/02/2014 and it says failed to complete.
Secondly after leaving my computer I looked in my logs and have 3 logs under Submissions and Erorrs and in Norton Error Reporting. All of these logs are listed as info with the blue circle but when you open them up two of them say severity low and then the other says severity high. Is this anything to be concerned about? I haven’t had any notifications for these log entry’s.
Should I be worried about these two?
