basically i've just been hacked. they got my wow account and they changed my email so now i can't change my passwords/emails for anything. i've changed to a new email address but it means i've lost the other one as when i tried to give my details to windows hotmail support they didn't believe it was me and wouldn't help. that just took the mick abit seen as though they have now locked me out of my own email because someone hacked me. bad service or what.
anyway the thing is i get the feeling someone is still trying to get into/get details out of my computer as little things keep happening, glitches and such that never happened before (pages changing before my eyes etc).
the reason i'm writing this is because although i've changed my password/email etc norton hasn't found any keyloggers or viruses so i'm wondering if there is a chance the hacker still has malicous software on my computer that norton can't see.
i have done numerous full scans etc and nothing. could someone put my mind at rest and describe how they maybe got the info in the first place. thanks, red
