I verified I have the latest updated version. Everything seems to be working OK except I see a perpetual error: Backups are At Risk. Fix now wants to locate a backup set on the cloud. (I have never used one.) "To ensure continued access to online backups .... please logon and reactivate ....." Online backup is not a part of the Comcast service. I would like to just hide the error message since trying to logon yields an error as well. Is there an easy way to fix the problem?
Did you properly uninstall your previous N360 program before you installed NSS? It sounds like you left in portions of N360 after NSS was installed. Please check your add/remove list for N360. Please use the Norton removal tool and then reboot. Then you can go to the Comcast site, login there and get your latest version of NSS and reboot until you have the latest updates and patches, then you shouldn't get any more errors.
Please pick the proper Norton product that you want to remove. Also please be aware that it will remove all Norton products, so back up Identity Safe using the program to back that up. Also please have your product key handy.
Thank you Hugh for new linkPlease pick the appropriate product from this list at this site

Floplot and Krusty 13 are correct in what they are saying, and there are Norton Security Suite FAQ's available on the Comcast Fourms which include instructions for you situation.
Please follow the instuctions in this NSS FAQ in order to remove your current install and provide a clean install of the latest version of NSS.
