Just got v22.9.0.71 - problems, hopefully will disappear

Powered up just now to see a Norton message along lines of "please restart to get update".

Did that and everything is now very slow eg one minute to sign in, one minute to load IE11 - which was horribly wrong (no Norton toolbar, two MS Favourites toolbars). Twice closed down IE and restarted - eventually got the normal screen apart from 'Access Vault' instead of Vault Closed. Restarted IE again. This time OK but after I entered my Vault password, nothing appeared in that box for nearly a minute.

Accessing MS Comm failed twice but that might be their problem.

Too busy at the moment to try to access any other website. Hoping all will be well when I log in in the morning. 6pm UK at the moment.
