Today (05/26/24) a new Norton 360 update came!
From the looks of it everything seems to be back to normal.
Norton now finds my network on my smartphone and tablet again.
I hope everything works again for you.
Everything has been fine for me since today too. Thanks to the community for their efforts and to N360 for recognizing that users of this app should not be monitored unnecessarily.
