Issue abstract:

Detailed description:
I am using Norton Password Manager on three machines, all Dells running Windows 11. I am having a problem on only one of them, and it is unique to the Chrome browser; it works fine in MS Edge. The problem is in the topic. Whenever I click on the Norton icon in the bar, instead of getting the Norton dialog where i may select one of my URLs and password info, it just puts the dialog to again click the stuff to pin the icon to the bar. The only difference among the three machines of note is that this particular machine uses an AMD processor whereas the other two have Intel processors. Other than that, Windows 11 on each of the machines is kept up to the latest updates by Dell and Microsoft. I’ve completely removed Norton Password Manager and Chrome and reinstalled them … but the same problem is present. This has forced me to go the Edge browser as my default, which I don’t like it has a problem with naming download files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Bill
