Hello,
Hopefully someone will be able to answer my question. Last month I bought and installed, myself, the 2012 Norton Internet Security. I received an email from Norton confirming that the product has registered with success. Why do I keep receiving notices telling me my security has expired?

If you had an earlier Norton program with a subcription that expired then "renewing" by installing a new copy (often much cheaper and done by most of us) does not extend or add onto the earlier program so you may be getting reminders for that installation since removing it from your PC may not remove it from the central database.
If this could be the case then the simplest solution is to contact the Norton OnLine Support Team via the CHAT route as below since they have the tools and access to the database.
To contact customer support Click on this link https://www.norton.com/chat and work on from there.
Please let us know how you get on ....
