Keeps blocking reinstall, I really want a Norton Email address

1. What I really want is an email address to communicate with Norton. Do they no longer have one? It's my preferred form of communication.

2. The problem is I'm trying to reinstall a program, LD Player. Here is what I emailed to them:

I left my PC on last night, and I believe LD player was open. Today, I find it was somehow deleted from my machine. That's puzzling enough, but it got worse. Now, when I try to reinstall, Norton keeps blocking it. I get this message:

Threats blocked

We blocked security risk PUA.Superfluss. Your computer is secure.

Then, looking at details, it says

File:C\LD Player\LDPlayer9\dnplayer.exe

Blocked

What do I do to install LD Player? As I say, it was working, now I cannot reinstall. And, once again, I don't know why it disappeared in the first place. I definitely like LD Player better than Blue Stacks (by far)

What should I do? Norton does not seem to be set up to help with things like this. I have tried opening the popup, and telling it to exclude this program, but that doesn't seem to do anything; I still cannot install.
