Kein automtischer USB Scan V25/ No automatic USB scan Norton V25

Since the update to version 25, the automatic USB scan no longer works. Resetting and switching on and off didn’t help. Does anyone have an idea how to make this work again? Windows 11, latest updates, Norton V 25.1.9816 (Build 25.1.9816.906)

and by “Resetting” … you mean Reset to Default?
do you have W11 Fast Startup enabled?
Have you run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?

You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version.

any chance you clicked Don’t offer to scan external devices?

• as I recall with v24 here…Reset to Default re-offered Scan for threats Note: I’ve not tested with v25
• I’m seeing External drive connected → Scan for threats with v25.1.9816
