Norton support over on Xtwitter seems to understand our issue…but, was unable to translate/read your messages. So, I translated and shared (summary) our messages. Norton support promised to pass along our feedback.

Norton support via Chat was not so accommodating. Norton Chat wants remote access to see as we’re reporting. Otherwise, support cannot escalate. I’ve been told - no see - no escalate…many times.
Sorry, I don’t want Norton rooting around my machine.
Norton needs an active public beta channel.
