Hello,
I’m struggling to renew my suscribtion ton norton when I try to type the key.

it says "
Avant que vous ne puissiez commencer à utiliser votre abonnement Norton avec cette nouvelle clé, nous aurons besoin d’informations supplémentaires pour l’enregistrer. Inscrivez-vous à l’adresse"

any error code?
Did you purchase key from Norton direct or from reputable retail/online vendor?
You may need to register key with your Norton account.
You may need to enable automatic renewal &or add payment profile.
User may cancel automatic renewal at anytime and remove payment profile.

Users may contact Norton support → request new key term added to current remaining days.

If you purchased a product from a retail store, you need to create a Norton account or add the purchased product to your existing account. For detailed steps, read Download your Norton product purchased from a retail store.

Note: new key starts new subscription term.

With new key…the remaining days with your current subscription do not get added to the subscription associated with the new key.
