Hello, I am here seeking help on getting rid of a keylogger on my computer. I am 99% sure that I have one on this computer. What frightens me is I believe I have had this on my computer for probably well over a week but I only realized yesterday. I ran a full system scan with Norton AntiVirus 2009 and Malwarebytes both in Safe mode and on normal mode, also used SDFix. They did not find anything, I noticed there are some keylogger or spyware specific scanners but I thought I would post here first to receive some help.
What seemed to have happened is my World of Warcraft account got hacked. I haven’t played in a year, and the guy changed my password and also deleted my emails that notified me of the password change. He made a mistake yesterday though and forgot to delete a message that said a Character Transfer has been denied. (I changed the passwords of all my accounts on a different computer already) I later made a Google mail account to have a different email and I noticed at the bottom it said “Currently 2 users logged into this account – Details” I clicked on details and it gives me the IP. One of them being mine and another being someone from China. I searched up the IP on an IP locator. So I disconnect myself from the internet now but I do need the computer to check emails and things and I only have one so I need to get rid of this keylogger fully and as soon as possible.

I've had multiple problems resolved before here so I remember HijackThis was helpful, so I can post that here if wanted.
Also I just downloaded SuperAntiSpyware free edition so I will run a scan in that now.

If you have a Key-Logger on your system then there is no reason to change Passwords as the Key-Logger will capture you Passwords as you type them, or by Real-Time screen viewing; best wait until you've got this Threat off your computer.
You can Run a HiJackThis Log for by following these instructions: Download HiJackThis; the third .exe (Executable) Version in the list, run it, creating a Log. If using Vista, Right-Click and "Run as Administrator". Open that Log and "Copy & Paste" it here.
You also need to make sure you have a Firewall installed with Norton AntiVirus 2009/2010* as these products do not have a Firewall, and Norton AntiVirus 2009: No Firewall has a great list of free Firewalls you can use with Norton AntiVirus 2009/2010. If you have an Active Subscription, you can Upgrade for free to Norton AntiVirus 2010: "User's who have an active subscription to Norton Internet Security or Norton AntiVirus 2006 and newer can update to the 2010 for FREE by visiting the Norton Update Center."
* - At the Time Of Writing, information is correct and Norton 2010 Products were the most-current Norton Product Versions Released.

Did you Remove all of the Threats Detected by SUPERAntiSpyware?
You may want to try a Full Scan, of all drivers, with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware in Normal Mode and in Safe Mode as this will get any Threat SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition missed, as well as what Norton missed.

Yea I removed everything that the scans from SuperAntiSpyware found. I went on my email on this computer and I have’t seen any other IPs on there ever since I changed my password, so seems to be fine for now… I did a scan on safe mode with Norton and Malwarebytes as well they didn’t find anything so I guess it is gone. I believe its what I deleted from the HijackThis log is what got rid of it.
