Hello,
I have searched for an answer to this but so far have been unable to find an answer.
I believe that my computer has a keystroke logger on it and after reading that Norton 360 would be able to detect and remove it I purchased the program. But I have not been able to figure out what scan to run to find this keystroke logger. Can anyone help me figure this out please.
Thanks.,.
Jere
Hi Jere,
Welcome to Norton Community!
You can go to Tasks in Norton 360 and select the option Run Scans > Full System Scan. You may also try Norton Power Eraser. Download and run Norton Power Eraser tool :

Go for Rootkit Scan and Restart the computer. Check if it detects any threats and if it does, please provide us the filename and other details. Don't fix any files now, you can fix those after getting confirmation in this thread.
