Kid able to disable/postpone Norton family supervision to next login

My kid has norton family installed and configured. In the morning Norton family starts up showing a green mark indicating Norton family is running and supervising this account.

But somehow the kid does something and then later in the evening I can see the supervision is turned off till next login.

How is kid doing it. Kid account is setup as standard user in Windows. This is going on for days. So now I do not know what the kid is doing or can supervise the websites that the kid is playing.

Please provide solution.

Windows11 - OS.

Norton Family latest version.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We do see requests from  Norton Family android APP in Parent mode even until yesterday. Could you check any of yours/child devices and sign out from it. 

 Notifications are not generated when Norton Family is turned off through the APP in parent mode or through the web portal.

I am surprised Employee sets a  reply as solution without even confirming from the requestor.

On 22-Dec when I reported the issue with screenshot,  I did not even have Norton family app installed on my phone.

Can you please check, this is becoming a pain.

Is there a notification generated when the norton family was turned off ?

Thank you for the information.

We notice that supervision is being turned off from Norton Family (Parent Mode) app on Android.

If you are not using that app frequently, you can sign-out from it.

So today when I checked in kid login, attached is what I see.

This has been happening for weeks. Also did the suggestion that was shared to change the web pwd.

Still seeing the same issue.

Could you briefly explain or a screenshot may be, on how do you see that the child has disabled it?

Supervision can be disabled for individual features or all features at once at child level, hence the question

No use.

Kid was able to disable it again today. How is it happening ?

this is bad.. :(

From our backend data we can see that Norton Family supervision is being disabled from Norton Family Portal. Please reset your password and ensure that your child doesn't have access to Norton Family Portal or Parent apps.
