Last update blocks Thunderbird email client

Hi,
I had complain about this latest update (not trusting my network, eventhough I said “Yes you can trust” many times) later I thought the problem is solved. Now this time, it seems Norton blocks Thunderbird, I cannot receive emails anymore. I gave all “App permissions” that Norton requires but still no luck! Any help please?

I don’t use Thunderbird but notices in forum it & Norton do not get on together.
