Approaching 2 weeks ago, I bought the latest Norton Security for my Mac. Downloaded and installed, no problem. However, final stage of registering my product is to connect to Norton servers and all should be updated? Not here!! "Cannot connect to server, try again later!" is the message that keeps coming back after attempting to connect to Norton's server, anytime of night or day, for the last two weeks!
Background: I've contacted "chat" and had three people recommend solutions of uninstalling, download a file to remove all Norton files and rebooting. No avail. Agreed for a level 2 technician to take over my computer remotely to see what could be the problem, to which he has no answer despite agreeing to call me back and has not done so a week later! My Norton Security is counting down a trial version from "15 days left!" and I'm getting email reminders to "download my Norton Security and protect my computer because I'm at risk" virtually every two days, now the emails are getting 'Urgent!"
I need help, over to you...
