Latest update and now I have no protection

Issue abstract: Norton Security Ultra automatically updated now i have no antivirus, email and other protections and these cannot be enabled.

Detailed description: Automatically updated Norton Security Ultra now my antivirus is not enabled and the it cannot be enabled. Same with the email. ‘Multiple parts of antivirus are disabled’ but ‘enable all’ button does not work. ‘Block malicious script’ and ‘Script control’ not enabled and can’t be. I’ve tried running the Remove and Reinstall program I get the message ‘can not find a Norton product’. Don’t now what to do, help…thanks

Hello Joy. Use this newer version of the removal tool for version 24.xx. Once removed reboot the machine. Log into your Norton account and download your Norton product from there to reinstall.
