your latest update is giving me headache! I just wanna uninstall and never ever use ur product again. its a whole different software and everything familiar is gone. its lagging my computer. blocking harmless drivers. the try icon is gone. none of my settings has survived the update process. this is a joke. no feedback or info that a change has been made. I have been using norton for decades now, but this is it. Either a rollback is given or I will unsubscribe.

I too have had similar experience with this so called update. The only thing I can offer is look for the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool for Windows on their website. There is an option to remove the product only -you’ll have to reinstall it manually, IF they ever bother to fix their “update”
