Issue abstract: Latest Windows 11 23H2 uppdate erased Norton Antitrack from my computer

Detailed description: I had Norton AntiTrack on my computer, Running Windows 11 Pro version 23H2. It was operating properly. I also had Norton 360 with Lifelock installed and running properly. I just installed four updates:

  • Microsoft KB5066793, 2025-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems.
  • KB5066133, 2025-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64;
  • KB5068331, the 2025-10 .NET 8.0.21 Security Update for x64 Client
  • Norton 360 application update version 25.10.10528, build 25.10.10528.0.

When I restarted my computer to activate the updates, Norton AntiTrack was gone. It had apparently been uninstalled completely by one of the updates. It was gone from my Windows Desktop, from my ^ show hidden icons, from the Windows Start list of all apps, and from the Windows Start/Settings/Apps/Installed apps list. It was just completely gone. I opened the Recycle Bin on my Windows Desktop, but it was empty.

Product & version number: Norton AntiTrack – version number unknown, since it’s gone from my computer

OS details: Windows 11 Pro version 23H2 build 22631.6060, latest update KB5066793

What is the error message you are seeing? I don’t see any error message – AntiTrack is no longer there
