I bought a new laptop two months ago with NIS preinstalled and 60 days trial subscription.
I received an email just a few days before subscription end with the offer of buying NIS at 24,99 for 3 pc.
I purchased the license it but when I connect to norton account I see only one "Licensed installs" ("Installazioni con licenza") and only one "Available installs".
Why?
